We do not sell your information. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing. We share only with tools that run the business (currently Jobber, payment processing, accounting, website/ads), suppliers as needed for your job, and inspectors or authorities when required.

Job-related texts may include reminders, updates, quotes, invoices, and support. No marketing texts unless you ask. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Texting is optional.

Information is kept in password-protected business accounts. No system is perfectly secure. Ask us to correct your contact info at the email or phone above. We may keep records the law, tax rules, or a written warranty require.

Quotes are based on what we can see. Hidden conditions can change price or scope; we will tell you before extra work. Work starts when you approve the quote. Provide safe access and keep kids and pets clear. We do the work on the approved quote to code. We are not responsible for existing problems we did not create unless we agree in writing to fix them.

Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Any workmanship warranty is only what is written on your quote, invoice, or authorization. Website marketing is not a separate contract. We are not responsible for indirect losses (food spoilage, hotels, missed work) except where Ohio law says otherwise.
